Both parties will go notary to let bill of sale signed by notary for comlete the sale and registere thay acht the name of buyer.

When the bill of sale in tidyied in Turkish language , it will be translated by under a vow of translator into English language , than signed by notary as a twince of real one.

3 pieces of document will be recied each for buyer , seller ,customs.

DECIDE FOR PURCHASE WHAT IS THE NEXT PROCEEDURE

When the buyer decided ,which gulet he/she is interested in buying ,we will go to the Chamber of Shipping ,where gulet is registered.

The gulet expert will give us the figure declaration about the coat of gulet.

Gulet Sale & Purchase Agreement will be signed by both parties buyer and seller.

(The bill of sale or sales agrements are changable depends on the ctizen of buyer.We can either follow the order of buyer citizen , where his governement orders aggrement prochedure or we can do it as Turkish standarts which has been done generally.

We will summit an application to the Harbour Master , regarding the gulet will be exported to foreign country.

Department of gulets will search the database , if the gulet has debt to the harbour master , when the staff got all the information about the gulet they delete the registration of gulet.

The respond in harbour master will give us an order form to delivere the customs regarding export of the gulet.

Customs will request us to tidy all these documents :

• A document includes , our company doesnt have any debt to revenue Office

• Sales & Purchase aggrement signed by both parties buyer and seller.

• Sales invoice

• The document of specifications of yacht with all technical details.

• Report for worth determination of gulet how much does it cost.

• The document sent by Harbour Master regarding gulet has been deleted and doesnt have any problem fro her export.

Payment proceedure

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT ?

The total of the amount will be delivered after the sales agrement signed by both parties.

Let buyers trust business more we will request them to transfer the Money into our company account.Turkish government doesnt take tax and VAT in if its exported.

After we have received them Money , they will receive deduction of account by signature of our company

HOW THE EXPORT IS MADE AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS ?

Customs is preparing export declaration file

Step 1 :Customs will tidy all

• A document includes , our company doesnt have any debt to revenue Office

• Sales & Purchase aggrement signed by both parties buyer and seller.

• Sales invoice

• The document of specifications of yacht with, building certificate, all technical details.

• Report for worth determination of gulet how much does it cost.

• The document sent by Harbour Master regarding gulet has been deleted from Turkish citizen and doesnt have any problem for her export.

• Transitlog ,taken by harbour master from which harbour gulet will export.

The cost of customs are around 2000 – 2500 € , will pay by buyers.

Step 2 : A document ,has been gave to owner by government of where and which country the gulet will be registered.

Step 3 : Authority brief given by owner to captain to bring gulet from Turkey to another country.
